A complete system built around the whole athlete (Body, Craft, and Mind) with coaching designed to produce college and pro-caliber players.

Compete regionally with Trosky Bears and nationally with Trosky National and the Brewers Scout Team, maximizing your exposure at every stage. Trosky Bears' own Matt Padilla was selected as a coach for Trosky National Teams for the upcoming 2027 year, a direct link between this program and the national staff.

Dedicated support navigating the recruiting process, from film to communication to exposure events that put you in front of college coaches. Player metrics are captured and built into a recruiting profile through the Haystack platform, giving college coaches the data they actually look for.

Unlimited, anytime access to Field of Champions Training Academy for Trosky Bears players (cages, bullpen, weight room) plus Rapsodo Pro 2.0, Blast Motion swing sensors, and The Futures App.
