Our Approach
Trosky Bears is a complete system built around the whole athlete. Coaching is designed to develop players physically, technically, and mentally, producing college and pro-caliber players, not just better weekend results.
Players train out of Field of Champions in Preston, WA, with a coaching staff that brings real playing experience from every level of the game and a local track record of getting players to the next level.
National Standard
Trosky Bears competes regionally under the Trosky Baseball national standard, with a direct pathway to Trosky National and the Brewers Scout Team. Each fall, Trosky National coaches come directly to the program to run a private tryout exclusively for Trosky Bears players. That connection isn't just an outside relationship: Trosky Bears' own Matt Padilla was selected as a coach for Trosky National Teams for the upcoming 2027 year.
That connection gives Bears players access to national-level exposure: the Arizona Fall Classic, Perfect Game events, USA Baseball events, and exclusive regional and national tryouts, without leaving the Pacific Northwest.
